Shipping policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship orders using Canada Post and trusted partner carriers. U.S. shipments are typically transferred to USPS or the appropriate trusted partner for final delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 (before taxes and after discounts). 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has shipped.

Approximate shipping times, 

  • Canada: 3-5 business days
  • United States: 7-10 business days (depending on location and customs processing)

International shipments (including U.S. orders) may experience delays due to customs processing, which are outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your package in real time.

If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Eesh Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information (e.g., Canada Post or USPS) to file a claim.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees 

Orders shipped outside of Canada (including the United States) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Eesh Studio does not collect or control these fees and cannot predict their amount.
