We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions or are returned without prior authorization.

How to Start a Return

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For Canadian orders, a return shipping label will be provided. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

For returns outside of Canada, we are unable to provide a return label. These orders must be shipped back at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Eesh Studios is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please clearly mark all return packages as “Returned Goods.”

Duties & Taxes 

For international orders (including U.S. orders), customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not collected by Eesh Studio and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and approved.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@eeshstudio.com.

Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@eeshstudio.com.

Please include a photo of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. We recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order. 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled and a tracking link has been issued.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Rejected Parcels

If a parcel is refused or returned to us, including due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will be refunded once received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen 

Eesh Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
